Can you say mud... ?  Saturday nites AMSA minisprint race at PVR was a mudslinging slip & slid fest of  wild  racing action. Afternoon rains watered down the track ,leaving PVR track crews scrambling to get it prepared for a nite of racing .
Much to their credit the minisprint crews did their best to tune their cars, as  the track slowly dried out enough for some slippery  fast racing.
Congratulations to Mike Visser and your Black Hills Racing team on your win. You guys did an  excellent job of getting hooked up..! All 3 of your team cars finishing in the top 5, way to go..!
Thank you to everyone for a fun mudslinging race , heres mud in yer eye... :)

Minsprint racing at its finest..!   This weekends AMSA 2 day show proved to be very exciting. The weather was perfect, cool nights and warm sunny days. With 2 nights of fast racing action to top off the weekends fun..!  Congradulations Ken Caskey on both your wins this weekend, Great job of driving.   The very fast #24 of Pat Wing started on the pole both nights and finished  3rd and 2nd both nights , Awesome job Pat..!
Saturdays Winged show was very fast and colorful as Ken Caskey fought his way to the front from his 4th starting spot to take the lead from #16 Mike Visser followed by Pat Wing#24 ,#28 Austin Quick, and #7 Ryan Walter rounding out the top 5.   Sundays Non-Wing race was filled with action that started in the heat races, when rookie Brandon Hacker #21 and his very fast teammate Tyler Yabarra were puttin the moves on heat race leader #16 Mike Visser , Brandon and Mike swapped the lead back and forth with a couple nice slidejobs with Tyler following close looking for a miscue from the 2 fighting for the lead.  Brandon came out on top as the laps ran out. The Non-wing main event was Fast....!  The #24 Pat Wing  took the lead at the green and set a blistering pace , #28 Austin Quick came up from his 7th starting spot on lap 2 to try his hand at getting around Pat ,  at mid race an early caution would find the #16 of Mike Visser climbing the back stretch wall and flipping several times, luckily Mike was not seriously hurt ,just some sore spots and bruises from his wild ride , although his racer didn't fair as well.  Pat lead the way on the restart with Austin Quick ,Ryan Walter , Garret Guilkey and Ken Caskey giving chase.  With 4 laps to go Austin slipped by Pat on the inside to take the lead just as the caution came out for the flip of #7 Ryan Walter,  Ryan was okay and after the track crews rolled his car back on its wheels , he climbed in and rejoined the field with 4 to go..!   Pat retook the lead  for the restart followed by Austin Quick ,Ken Caskey,  Garret Guilkey and Brandon Hacker. With  2 laps to go Austin tried an outside pass ,while Ken Caskey slipped inside for second then grabbed the lead on the last lap as Pat stepped out of the low groove.   Everyone had a great time  enjoying  perfect weather , campfire cookouts, late night parties,,, some even did a little fishin'.... :)
